Definitely not clear on the CRM concept
The season begins to open soon around the country, and with it this year's first Bad Golf Email. Sky Creek Ranch is a beautiful facility built as a $100 daily fee course. Its new owners have downgraded it to muni level, hoping that volume will make up for a loss in gross profit. Hint - it doesn't. The email displayed below demonstrates their total lack of player retention and customer relationship management (CRM) knowledge. They've taken "we don't really give a shit about our customers" to a whole new level!
Well done, guys. I'm sure those email club members who only play once and are then erased from the database will be happy not to get your trash any more. And I bet the beer is better than the golf.
